The AI-run institute for India's tutors and coaching centres

You teach all day. Takhtu’s agents take the evening work: admissions, attendance, fees and parent updates. Every student gets free NCERT-aligned practice and doubt help.

Free for up to 50 students. Pro is 499 rupees a month, excl. GST.

आप पढ़ाइए। बाकी मैं संभाल लूँगा।

You teach. I'll handle the rest.

What the agents do

The evening shift, handled

Six jobs that usually land on the owner’s phone after the last batch.

Admissions

An enquiry becomes a student record: name, class, batch. It doesn’t die in a WhatsApp chat.

Attendance

The register gets marked. By evening you can see who was absent.

Fees

Reminders go out in plain Hindi, politely, without you retyping the same line.

Parent updates

The question you answer every night gets one clear reply, not a fresh essay.

Doubts

A student asks. The answer stays inside the chapter they’re on.

Quizzes

Practice comes from the skill map, and the grading doesn’t wait for your Sunday.

On Free, you approve what goes out. On Pro, the daily jobs can run on their own, and you can pause any of them.

For every student

Free NCERT practice, built in

Classes 1 to 8 maths, from an open skill map. Practice and doubt help stay on that map, so a child isn’t quizzed on a chapter they haven’t reached.

AI-drafted, still under teacher review, and not an official NCERT publication.

How it works

Three steps, then you teach

Takhtu, a smiling wooden slate

1

Create your institute

Name, city, and the batches you already run. A few minutes on your phone.

2

Add your students

Type them in, or send a list. Don’t put student details on this website — that happens in the app.

3

Let the agents run the day

You take the class. Admissions, attendance, fees and parent updates keep moving.

Early-access pricing

Free to start. Pro when the agents should run themselves.

Prices are introductory and exclude GST. Joining the list does not start a subscription.

Questions tutors actually ask

Who is Takhtee for?

Solo tutors, private coaching centres, and small training institutes. If you teach and you also run the place, this is the second pair of hands.

What do the agents actually do?

Admissions, attendance, fee reminders, parent updates, doubt replies and quizzes. On Free they prepare the message and you send it. On Pro the daily ones can go out on their own. You can pause any agent.

Is the NCERT material official?

No. The maths map for Classes 1–8 is open, drafted with AI, and still under teacher review. It is not published by NCERT. It is derived from the Marble Skill Taxonomy and shared under ODbL and CC BY-SA.

Hindi or English?

Both. The site, the institute, and the messages to parents can run in Hindi or English. You choose what parents actually read.

What does it cost?

Free for up to 50 students, with 300 AI actions a month. Pro is 499 rupees a month for up to 250 students and 2,500 actions, and the agents can run the day on their own. Prices are introductory, and GST is extra.

Can I use the app today?

Not yet. Early access is a waiting list. The app will open at app.takhtee.com. We write to you on WhatsApp or email when your institute can join. The form does not create a login.

Do you take a cut of the fees?

No. Collecting fees inside Takhtee is not part of these plans. The fee ledger is a record of what is due. When collection is offered, the money should settle to the institute.

What about student data?

Don’t put student details in this form. The site stores only what you submit about the institute. Before the app handles a child’s data it will follow India’s data protection rules, including parental consent where it applies. That notice will be public first.
