These terms cover your use of takhtee.com. The institute app, when it opens at app.takhtee.com, will have its own terms.
The site
You may read the pages and join the early-access list. Don’t misuse the form: no scripts that submit it in bulk, no contact details that aren’t yours, and no details of a student.
Early access
The form is a waiting list. It does not create an account, it does not start a paid plan, and it does not promise a date. We write to the WhatsApp number or email you gave us when there is a place.
Price
The prices on this site are introductory early-access prices, in Indian rupees, excluding GST. Free is 0 rupees, with the limits on the pricing page. Pro is 499 rupees a month, with the limits on that same page.
We may change these prices before general availability. We will say so on this site. Being on the list does not lock a price, and we will not charge you unless you later choose a paid plan in the app.
What is not included is written on the pricing page: in-app fee collection, top-up packs, and any future per-message charge. None of those apply today.
NCERT practice material
The maths skill map for Classes 1–8 is a draft. It was prepared with AI, it is still being reviewed by teachers, and it is not an official NCERT publication. Don’t treat it as the textbook, and don’t present it to parents as one.
The map is derived from the Marble Skill Taxonomy (v1), © Generative Spark, Inc. (Marble), withmarble.com. The database structure is under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0, and Marble’s text is under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. Share-alike means a public copy of the map, or a database built from it, stays under those same terms, with credit. Using it inside an institute does not require you to open-source your own teaching notes.

No warranty
The site and the draft map are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate. We don’t warrant that the draft curriculum is complete or error-free. Teaching decisions stay with the institute.
Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, Atereta is not liable for lost profits or for decisions you make from the draft material on this marketing site. Nothing here removes liability that Indian law does not allow us to remove.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction.
