Takhtee is a product of Atereta. This notice covers the website at takhtee.com, including the early-access form. It does not cover the institute app. That app is not part of this site, and its own notice will be published at app.takhtee.com before it opens.
Who this site is for
The form is for tutors, coaching centres and training institutes. Please don’t submit a child’s name, a parent’s contact, or a class list. We ask for the institute owner’s name and WhatsApp number.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we store:
- your name
- your institute’s name
- city
- how many students you teach
- your WhatsApp number
- your email
- the language you prefer (Hindi, English, or both)
- the language of the page you used
We also store a hash of your IP address, not the address itself, for up to a day, so one connection can’t fill the form over and over. The hash is not used for ads, and it is not kept on the signup itself.
We don’t use tracking cookies, and we don’t run third-party analytics on this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the request so the page can load. Their logs are governed by their terms.
Why
We use the list to tell you when your institute can join, to see which cities and sizes to open first, and to reply in the language you asked for. If email is configured for this site, a copy of your form is emailed to the Takhtee team at the address in that configuration. We don’t sell the list, and we don’t give it to advertisers.
How long
We keep your form until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to run early access — whichever comes first. Hashed IP records used for spam control are deleted after one day. Email hello@takhtee.com and we will delete or correct your entry.
Children
This website is not for children, and it is not the student product. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats anyone under 18 as a child, and verifiable parental consent will matter for the app. Before Takhtee handles a student’s data, we will publish the app’s privacy notice and the consent flow. Nothing on this form should include a student.
